Pertama kali saya menemui masalah ini, satu-satunya jalan yang dapat menyelesaikan problem ini adalah dengan proses instal ulang total OS windows. Akan tetapi kemudian saya menemukan solusi tanpa harus menginstal ulang  OS windows, yaitu dengan memperbaiki file registry sehingga dapat ber-asosiasi atau ngelink dengan shortcut aplikasi defaultnya.

Dengan catatan: bahwa OS windows benar-benar tidak terinfeksi dengan jenis virus yang lain,+ anti virus anda masih benar-benar aktif dan bekerja baik dengan update database list virus yang terbaru.
